Association Sales Executive

Selling Online Training & Video Services to Associations

StreamCenter is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced sales executive to sell its online education product to associations and companies needing to expand the reach of their in-person training.

Job requires solicitation of new accounts, product presentations, and closing sales.

Successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to cold call, quote engagements, negotiate agreements, and maintain pipeline reports.  Must be able to expand business with current clients, build new business, and manage these relationships.

Minimum Requirements include:

  • 5 years of successful selling to associations.
  • Great phone, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using Act! to track sales activities and accounts.
  • High degree of comfort using and selling technical solutions to associations.

  • $5000 monthly base

Subject to performance, telecommuting is available up to two days per week.

StreamCenter was established in 2002 to provide associations and training organizers a fully-featured “Webcast store” to increase revenue and attendance for their events.  StreamCenter captures in-person training events and converts the video and presentation slides for online viewing in a pay-per-view format.  Located on the University of Maryland campus in College Park, StreamCenter enjoys access to the University’s many resources and energetic campus environment.
