John Rollins Joins StreamCenter, Inc. as Chairman

Software Industry Veteran Will Also Lead New Investor Group

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA - August 22, 2003 - StreamCenter, Inc. announced today that John W. Rollins, Jr., a pioneer of the association software industry, has agreed to lead an investor group and join the company as its Chairman of the Board.

"John is an ideal executive to join StreamCenter," said Edwin Grosvenor, the company's Founder and CEO. "He brings vision, practical expertise, and a wealth of industry knowledge to the company."

Mr. Rollins founded AZTECH Software, the first specialized provider of IT services to membership organizations, and served as its President and Chairman from 1970 until the sale of the company in 2000.

AZTECH implemented software systems for more than 700 associations . Mr. Rollins conceptualized and designed AZTECH*Ware, the company's software product that grew to over 50 integrated modules, which are licensed by associations as needed to meet their business needs.

Before founding AZTECH, Mr. Rollins worked as a management consultant and systems analyst at the National Institutes of Health while serving as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. Prior to that, he designed computer models while at Boise Cascade Corporation, and served as a systems analyst on the Surveyor Project, which achieved the first soft landing on the moon, while at Hughes Aircraft Company.

Mr. Rollins received his M.B.A. from Stanford University in the Graduate School of Business, and obtained his A.B. from Dartmouth College, where he was on the Dean's list. While an undergraduate at Dartmouth, he assisted with the de-bugging of the first Basic language compiler.

Mr. Rollins currently serves as Adjunct Professor for Entrepreneurship at the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management, and is a member of the Boards of Directors of Georgetown University Hospital, the National Park Trust, and Hyde Leadership Charter School. He completed ten years of service as a director of the Information Technology Association of America.
